Chihuahua Bread & The Hot People

Chihuahua Bread & The Hot People (CBHP) was formed in early 2018, as the popularity of Universal’s Celestina Warbeck and her Banshees resonated with the Eleitian public. CBHP is the Eleitian Wireless Network’s response, a close-harmony vocal ensemble with lead singer Logan Ellis, presenting jazzy, original tunes direct from Stormgarden! Popular favorites include Honey, What’s The Time?, Darling, Put The Kettle On, and Meltdown In The Office (Of The District Attorney).

The name is derived from a hilarious experience of one of our ensemble members, who worked for some time in a local cafe and bakery. “Chihuahua bread” was the colloquial term for blueberry muffins, given the resemblance of the blueberries to Chihuahua eyes. And the Hot People refers to several attractive customers who entered the shop every day over the course of one fine week in May, buying only baguettes, beer, and Q-tips. And so the unconventional, yet appropriate name was born.

The Eleitian Select Jazz Choir

Our flagship large ensemble, the 22 voice, SSATB style Eleitian Select Jazz Choir (ESJC) has been involved in everything from collaborations with CBHP to solo projects, to much more!

The ESJC is a more recent addition, having come into existence during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. The original purpose of this ensemble was to find a way to get a large body of work out into the public on a budget. Large music companies won’t like it, but by trawling through the public domain, we’ve managed to uncover many brilliant gems to turn into fun choral arrangements. And best of all, we need to pay no pesky licensing fees!

The Eleitian Men’s Chorus

Derived exclusively from the tenor and bass sections of the ESJC, the Eleitian Men’s Chorus (EMC) is a 12 voice ensemble, performing contemporary pieces, folk songs, and other light fare. Another one of our ensembles that traverses the public domain regularly!

The Eleitian Wireless Network’s Jazz Orchestra

The Eleitian Wireless Network’s Jazz Orchestra (EWNJO), led by Jeremy Sheffield, provides accompaniment to almost every ensemble. Musicians from this ensemble frequently get traded back and forth in many different forms and group arrangements to provide excellent backing to CBHP, ESJC, EWN, and others.

The Eleitian Concert Orchestra

From the Eleitian National Cathedral in beautiful downtown Stormgarden, the Eleitian Concert Orchestra is by far our largest ensemble. Consisting of a choir ranging from 40 to 50 voices and full orchestra, this ensemble performs patriotic Eleitian tunes, classic Anglican derived hymns, and much more.

Drawing from around the Eleitian community, the ECO is found on most of the classical albums produced by the Eleitian Wireless Network. Though technically formed in 2015, it wasn’t incorporated into the rest of the Eleitian Wireless Network until early 2021.

The Eleitian Concert Orchestra’s choir, backed by the Cathedral’s imposing plenum organ, is a highly popular choice for Anglican hymns and more.

Valentina Sobeck

A relative newcomer to the Eleitian Wireless Network scene, Valentina Sobeck is our professional jingle songstress! Following her jazz trio’s hit collaboration with the Network on the “Phon-A-Tone Jingle” she joins the ranks of Eleitian musicians creating, composing, and recording every day!

Chateau d’Elis

The beautiful Chateau d’Elis building in downtown Stormgarden is our headquarters and location of daily operations. The smaller ensembles such as the EMC and ESJC perform and record from the Penelope Grant Memorial Auditorium. Bigger headliners such as CBHP and the EWNJO dazzle on the Eleitian Center For The Arts Main Stage, conveniently located just across the skybridge.

The Eleitian Concert Orchestra maintains a small recording space for more intimate arrangements at the Chateau, but generally records from the Eleitian National Cathedral.

Making Magic Since 2018

Operating from the center of beautiful downtown Stormgarden, the Eleitian capital, the ensembles of the Eleitian Wireless Network have been delighting audiences for years!
